The Istanbul Airport Fast Track price is set per person and per passage: one code takes one traveller through the priority lanes on one arrival or one departure at IST, and 20% VAT is added to the base price. We sell Fast Track only as part of our AssistME Plus membership, so the same one-time payment also brings a discount code for our Meet & Greet services. Three things that multiply what you pay: travellers, passages and airport
Your total is the per-person price times the number of codes you need. That number depends on who travels, how many passages each person makes and at which airport.

A couple who want Fast Track on arrival and again on departure at IST therefore need four codes: two travellers, two passages each.
What the AssistME Plus membership adds to a Fast Track purchase
Fast Track is offered only as part of AssistME Plus, in compliance with airport service regulations, and we do not sell it separately. AssistME Plus is a one-time membership with no subscription fee and no recurring charge. There is no physical card and no membership number to keep.
Two codes arrive by email straight after purchase. The first is your Fast Track code: one-time use, valid for one passenger, for the priority security and passport control lanes. The second is your AssistME Plus discount code, which never expires and applies to our Meet & Greet services for arrival, departure and transit at both Istanbul and Sabiha Gökçen airports. You enter it directly on our website when you book a later trip.
Which queues one Fast Track passage lets you skip at IST
A Fast Track code buys priority access at the designated security and passport control points only, with no agent to greet or escort you. On departure, the Fast Track lanes are on the departures floor: security control for domestic departures and passport control for international departures. On arrival, the code covers international arrivals passport control, which you enter directly after landing.
The detailed security check that follows passport control on arrival has no Fast Track access. A personal greeter, porter and buggy are not part of the Fast Track price either.
When a Meet & Greet package is the better way to pay for Fast Track
Fast Track is one component of our Meet & Greet service, and our Meet & Greet packages include Fast Track passage at security and passport control where available, so no separate code is needed. The package adds a personal greeting at the gate or terminal entrance, a porter for your luggage, priority check-in assistance and, at Istanbul Airport, buggy transport inside the terminal. Meet & Greet prices depend on the airport and the service type (arrival, departure or transit), with 20% VAT added.
Departure packages come in two variants: one with lounge access and one with only the escort and Fast Track. Transit packages are also offered with and without a lounge. On a connection at IST, our Transit Meet & Greet uses the Fast Track lanes for any security or passport check between flights, from your arrival gate to your next departure gate.
For one traveller who only needs to clear one passport or security queue, the Fast Track code for that airport is the right purchase. Once you need help with luggage, a buggy across Istanbul Airport or a guide through a connection, a Meet & Greet package is the better buy, because Fast Track lanes are already part of it.

Destinations excluded from IST Fast Track, and our refund rule
Passengers flying to the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Israel or Canada cannot use Fast Track at Istanbul Airport, because these flights carry additional mandatory security checks. The Fast Track fee is non-refundable once purchased. Check your destination before you pay, and buy exactly one code per traveller and per passage.
How payment works and when your Fast Track code arrives
You pay once online, and both codes are delivered instantly by email, so you have them before you leave for the airport.
- Buy one AssistME Plus membership for each traveller on the Fast Track page for your airport.
- Pay by credit card; we accept all major cards, including Visa and Mastercard, processed through Stripe.
- Receive the Fast Track code and the AssistME Plus discount code by email, with a PDF attached, and keep both for the day you travel.
- At the checkpoint, show the QR code to the Fast Track staff, who scan it or enter the code manually, then go straight into the Fast Track lane.
Questions travellers ask about paying for Fast Track
Do I need to print the Fast Track QR code?
No, printing is recommended but not mandatory. You can show the QR code on your phone to the staff at the Fast Track checkpoint, who scan it or enter the code manually. Keep the email and its attached PDF for your records, so the code is easy to find on the day you travel.
Is lounge access included in the Fast Track price?
No, the Fast Track code gives priority passage through security and passport control only. Lounge access is booked separately, and you can book it as a standalone service through our platform. If you want lounge time and an escort together, our Departure and Transit Meet & Greet packages come in a variant with lounge access.
Does Fast Track at Sabiha Gökçen work the same way?
Yes, the SAW product works the same way: a digital QR code for priority security and passport control lanes, for one traveller and one passage, with no greeter, porter or lounge. It is a separate purchase with its own price, shown on our Sabiha Gökçen Fast Track page, and an IST code is not valid there.
